How do I select the right serving line for my school/facility?

We prefer to conduct a site visit to discuss options with the Foodservice Director and staff and make recommendations based on their needs. We can identify solutions for any issues they might be facing. These include, for example, speed of service, or the lack of hot wells or cold wells in the present serving line.
