As Manufacturer Reps we are the out-sourced sales department for the Foodservice Equipment Manufacturers industry. We support the sales efforts for our factories in the states of Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Ritten Associates, Inc. has three key roles:

  1. Advocates. We are an advocate for all parties in the channel, meaning the manufacturers that make the equipment, and the customer including the dealers, consultants, architects, designers and the end users/operators.

  2. Product Recommendations. We suggest and recommend the correct products for the application and the budget.

  3. Configuration Solutions. We provide solutions to any of the customers so that their operation is more efficient and organized, and so they can maximize their storage, production and delivery.

EQUIPMENT SELECTION

We specialize in helping select the appropriate piece of equipment and then writing specifications for our end-user dealers that meet budget requirements. We also support our customers with some design and layout services such as serving-line plans for schools and cafeterias, shelving layouts for any kind of storage areas, and walk-in refrigeration specifications.

DEALER INTERACTION

We work closely with our professional food service dealers to ensure they are provided the best product for the job at the appropriate value.
